Abstract

Labor issues are a relevant topic for discussion due to changes in the value of life order that pay less attention to the existence of female workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze how constitutional law provides protection for women workers, especially in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The legal research method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research conducted by examining library materials or studying documents. From the research results it can be seen that until now the legal protection for women workers is still ineffective due to several inhibiting factors such as social and cultural factors
