About the Journal

Jurisprudentia: HAM dan Ilmu Hukum is a journal that initiates from lecturers in the Law Faculty of Bung Hatta University. The aims of this journal are to facilitate scholarly and professional discussion about current issues of Law and Human Rights. Published exclusively in English, Jurisprudentia wants to expand the access of readers not only from Indonesia but also readers from other countries. Hence, Jurisprudentia welcomes any contributions from national and international legal scholars and professionals. Basically, Jurisprudentia contains any topics about Law and Human Rights issues, such as private law and public law which include constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, cultural law, and international law.  A recommendation by the Editors on specific research issues to be covered in each volume may be made available to prospective contributors prior to publication of the volume in June and December.
