UPAYA NON PENAL DALAM PENCEGAHAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI UNIVERSITAS BUNG HATTA

Abstract

Sexual Assault is any act of degrading, humiliating, harassing, and/or attacking a person's body, and/or reproductive function due to unequal power relations and/or gender, which results in or can result in psychological and/or physical suffering, including those that interfere with a person's reproductive health and loss of opportunity to carry out higher education safely and optimally. Sexual Assault occurs on several campuses in Padang City. Based on Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021, each campus is required to form a Sexual Assault Prevention and Handling Task Force (PPKS). The research aims to identify efforts to prevent sexual violence on the Bung Hatta University Campus. The research used a sociological juridical approach. The results showed that Bung Hatta University had formed a Student Complaint Service Task Force Team
