ANALISA TENTANG HUKUM UPAH JAGAL BERUPA HEWAN KURBAN PERSPEKTIF HADIS

Abstract

Among Islamic holidays, one of them is Eid al-Adha, which is the feast of qurban. Of course, on that day, there is something called slaughtering of qurban animals. the biggest thing that happened in the qurban was the animal that was slaughtered and the slaughterer. As for the qurban itself, one of the recommendations exemplified by the prophet Ibrahim AS for his son, namely the prophet Ismail AS. Which has been passed down from generation to generation until the era of this globalization era. And as for the connection of the problems that occur but are rarely anticipated, namely regarding the wages of the butchers. Implementation in society is always different in terms of the wages of the butchers. So in this case, we examine and analyze the problem of wages for cattle butchers. The method we use is the library research method. This method explores syara’s arguments and data obtained both from social media information and publications from contextual and non- contextual matters. Because if you follow the provisions, there must have been prescribed well in slaughtering. In essence, during the era of the Prophet Muhammad, which was a very inspiring and exemplary era for his own people. Therefore, of course, something related to the mullah of humans, there must be a law that occurs. Because of this connection, consequences must occur both positively and vice versa. Because this cannot be tolerated, it is better for us to explore and analyze the hadith law that underlies the wages of this butcher.
