Abstract

With the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) since the last few years, Indonesia has made the COVID-19 vaccination program a priority in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on Permenkes No. 10 of 2021 concerning the implementation of vaccination in the context of overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of informed consent before the action of administering the vaccine has not been regulated. In the implementation of informed consent for the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination programs in Indonesia, the approach to health law is not getting the attention of the government, therefore an adequate rule of law is needed. This legal research uses a normative juridical legal research approach method. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the government accommodates the provision of informed consent at the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program as a legal certainty.
