RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN SEBAGAI BENTUK REHABILITASI BAGI KORBAN PELANGGARAN DATA PRIBADI

Abstract

Indonesia was introduced RtbF based on Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. RtbF as rehabilitation for personal data breaches. Protection of personal data was appropriate in the EU accordance with international rules.  State needs to regulate the scattered laws and regulation regarding the protection of personal data through the Personal Data Regulation. The protection of personal data is part of the privacy rights that need to be protected. Legal protection can be provided for violations of personal data by combining RtbF when a judge decides on a dispute.
