Bankruptcy is a legal mechanism that provides protection to creditors in their efforts to collect debts from debtors who are unable to pay. This study examines the legal aspects governing creditors' rights and authorities in bankruptcy proceedings, including their rights in obligations, debt restructuring through the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), the role of a curator in managing the debtor's assets, and the use of Actio Pauliana to annul transactions that disadvantage creditors. Based on Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, it is found that creditors have strong legal rights in the bankruptcy process through available legal mechanisms to enforce their interests
