Abstract

The Notary Regional Supervisory Council has the authority to examine the Notary Protocol. This authority is an authority in the form of periodic inspections. In its implementation, the duties and authorities of the Notary Regional Supervisory Council are carried out by the Examining Council representing elements of Academics, Notaries, and the Government. The results of the examination by the Examining Council shall be recorded in the Minutes of Examination of the Notary Protocol and the Recommendation of the Examination Results.
