Abstract

The Job Creation Act has been passed which contains at least the incorporation of 79 laws into one law using the concept of the method of formation with the omnibus law/omnibus bill model.  It can be seen based on the weighing elements on the first page of the Law which explains that the issuance of the Law is broadly based on the principle that to increase labor absorption, to facilitate investment, to facilitate business licensing, and to facilitate government administration.  However, despite this, it is alleged that with the concept of the Law on Job Creation, the government system in the development concept has become centralized, therefore this has the potential to affect the regional development system, especially its effect on Regional Original Income.
