This research aims to compare the Corruption Crime Laws in Indonesia and Singapore. A comprehensive analysis was carried out on the differences and similarities in the legal frameworks of the two countries. This study considers aspects of the definition of corruption, types of criminal acts, punishment, judicial processes, and efforts to prevent corruption. The legal comparison method is used to present an in-depth comparison between the two laws. The results of this research provide insight into the effectiveness of anti-corruption laws in each country and the potential for developing cross-border cooperation to combat corruption globally.
