SISTEM PERJANJIAN KERJA PERACIK KOPI DENGAN UNIT USAHA KOPI DIKOTA PADANG

Abstract

The Peracik kopi work system with the coffee business unit in the City of Padang is carried out in writing and is a form of work agreement for a certain time which includes elements of work, service, time, and wages.  The work agreement in the coffee business unit is basically in accordance with the Manpower Act.  Problems in the implementation of fun activities that occur in the business unit, currently coffee is found in the labor workers themselves who are negligent in carrying out their obligations such as being late when they enter work hours, being unproductive at work because they are tired, then about the working hours that most of them work.  Workers want to shift in the afternoon compared to the morning shift because the coffee business unit has 3 (three) shifts, namely in the morning, afternoon, and evening.  As well as problems with the expired contract period for workers who have good work skills and want to be directly employed in the coffee business unit.  Efforts to overcome problems in the implementation of the work agreement between the Peracik kopi and the owner of the coffee business unit in the City of Padang will be resolved by the parties amicably to reach a consensus and if after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the start of the deliberation the parties have still not been able to reach an agreement.  consensus, then the parties agree to settle any and all disputes that arise as a result of this work contract and/or its implementation and/or termination or expiration through the Padang District Court, and regarding the expired contract period for workers who have good performance.  to be re-employed in the coffee business unit, there is a solution, namely by first terminating the worker for one month to be called back to work.
