Abstract

Judicial review of cases of transfer of objects that are the object of fiduciary collateral without the written consent of the fiduciary recipient. This research analyzes the legal impact of this action, explores the legal aspects involved, and evaluates the relevance of the relevant statutory provisions. By considering a legal perspective, this abstract aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal consequences that may arise due to the transfer of objects without the written consent of the fiduciary recipient. This article investigates the legal framework governing fiduciary guarantees and its impact on transfers of objects carried out without the written consent of the fiduciary recipient.
