Legal force of decision is final and binding, however the parties may object to a BPSK's decision within 14 days after the decision has been accepted. Problems, 1) How is the implementation of consumer dispute completion in BPSK Padang? 2) How is the legal force of Consumer Dispute Resolution Body of Padang? This study is sociological juridical. The sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were interviews and literature study. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis. The results are, 1) The form of the implementation of consumer's dispute completion in Padang is carried out through the courts where civil lawsuits must be submitted to the District Court and outside the court through BPSK&nbsp; in the form of conciliation, mediation, and arbitration, determined by the parties. 2) The legal force of BPSK of Padang decision is final and binding. Regarding its decision, parties can submit objection within 14 days after the BPSK decision is received.
