Bank failure is more important as it should be resolved as quickly as possible because it may transmit to other banks and out of banking system. Based on the result of research conducted by Office of the Comptroller Currency (OCC), poor bank management and other internal problems are a common cause of failed or non-performing banks. Similarly, the poor economic condition makes a bank more uncontrollable. The factors causing bank failure consist of two groups: internal and external factors. Internal factor includes Boards of Directors’ too aggresive activity, problem involving Executive Director, problem related to inadequate supervision or management, and etc. Meanwhile, external factor includes gloomy economic environment.

Land has an important position for the people of Indonesia. Land is a natural resource for all elements of human life and is one of Indonesia's wealth that has a social function. Legislation must be used to determine and regulate land use. This study aims to determine the legal status of land certificates as a requirement for land certificates. This research uses normative juridical and analytical descriptive methods. The results of the study indicate that the land certificate is an individual land history letter and is a complementary document to the land certificate.

This study aims to determine and explain the level of legal compliance of the tourist user community on Muaro Lasak Beach, Padang City in complying with health protocols as stipulated in Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2020 concerning the Adaptation of New Habits in the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019. Types of research and sociological juridical research approaches using observational data and also interviews as a complement. In this study, primary data was used in the form of information by asking questions directly to informants who were community users of tourism on the coast of Muaro Lasak. In addition, observations were also made on the object of research. The results showed that the level of legal compliance of the tourist user community on the Muaro Lasak beach was at a low level of legal compliance, with the indicator that the tourist user community knew that when they were in a tourist location which in a public space they were obliged to carry out health protocols but in fact Violations of health protocols can easily be found on Muaro Lasak Beach.

War or armed conflict, is not safe for children. War will result in suffering for children, especially the non-fulfillment of rights such as the right to life and the right to grow and develop in a comfortable environment. In Afghanistan, children have suffered for more than two decades due to ongoing conflict. The already fragile situation of child protection in Afghanistan has worsened after the Taliban took power in mid-August 2021. This study aims to analyze the urgency of child protection in Afghanistan after the Taliban took power and analyze the role of UNICEF in providing protection for the rights of children who have been injured. The research method used in this research is normative juridical. The results of this study show an increase in the number of children who need humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan after the Taliban took power. The humanitarian crisis was caused by the collapse of the Afghan economy, causing suffering for children. UNICEF is taking strategic steps to ensure the fulfillment and protection of civil rights as well as the economic, social and cultural rights of every child in Afghanistan so that they gradually improve.
